SOTT-I is a professional training and advisory organization that specializes in military, law enforcement and corrections special operations with emphasis on high risk incident management subjects. Courses presented are designed specifically for the military, law enforcement and corrections special operations professional and are presented as a base product. Each customer is unique and programs can be formulated and taught based upon the user organizations needs and levels of expertise. Courses are conducted at the customers location by a mobile training team (MTT). This allows more ready access by more personnel from the customers organization while keeping costs to a minimum.
 
Once a customer contacts SOTT-I about a program, an assessment is made, the program is formulated and that particular training package is forwarded for approval by the client. Putting together a tailored program of instruction based upon a customers needs is not difficult. Customers may also sponsor a training program at their respective location. Other local organizations are invited to attend the training and the sponsor receives a specific number of tuition free slots in exchange for hosting.

 SOTT-I prides itself on developing and imparting “personalized” training at a reasonable price.  SOTT-I also specializes in training and advising smaller departments and agencies and multi-jurisdictional organizations.  Unlike many “LARGE” training companies, SOTT-I reaches out to many organizations that otherwise would be overlooked as not being cost effective to train.  At SOTT-I the thought process is simple; “Realistic training and advisory assistance for everyone who requires it.”

In addition, many organizations that receive their initial entry level training from SOTT-I are provided an opportunity, whenever possible, to conduct follow-on sustainment training with SOTT-I cadre.  This provides a further “mentoring process” that is seldom seen at any other training/advisory company. 
 
Advisory assistance is also available from SOTT-I and can cover a wide spectrum to include assessment of an organizations capabilities, capabilities validation and operational assistance.

Also, as a part of an advisory package, SOTT-I can provide assistance with assessment and selection of new organization members as well as all basic entry level training (BELT)
 
Tuition costs are generally per student for the course presented. Advisory assistance costs are organization specific, based on the customers request. Foreign training costs are available upon request.
