SOTT-I LLC is a professional training and advisory organization that specializes
in military, law enforcement and corrections special operations and law enforcement patrol operations with
emphasis on high-risk incident management subjects. In
addition SOTT-I LLC provides the public at large with a wide variety of
specialized training programs to include firearms/marksmanship and
personal security/defense.
Courses presented
are designed specifically for the military, law enforcement and
corrections special operations and patrol professional and the public at large and are
presented as a base product. Each customer is unique and programs can
be formulated and taught based upon the user organizations needs and
levels of expertise.
Courses are normally conducted at the customer’s
location by a mobile training team (MTT). This allows more ready access
by more personnel from the customer’s organization while keeping costs
to a minimum.
SOTT-I LLC also conducts
training at a variety of state of the art training complexes that boast
specialized capabilities unlike any others in the world.
The SOTT-I LLC facilities are located at a unique site near Cape Girardeau Missouri USA. This site is known as the Midwest Training Center (MTC)
and is located on 70 acres that have been designed to provide
extensive, realistic maneuver and live fire training operations. In
addition the MTC can be used as a forward operating base, operational
training/rehearsal location or setup as a live fire target complex that
can be struck via foot, vehicle or rotary wing infiltration. The MTC also serves as the focal point for the majority of the SOTT-I LLC Citizen Training Programs conducted as well as a centralized USA location for SOTT-I LLC instructor training and sustainment.
SOTT-I LLC prides itself on developing and imparting “personalized” training at a reasonable price.
SOTT-I LLC also specializes in training and advising smaller departments and agencies and multi-jurisdictional organizations. Unlike many “LARGE” training companies who execute an "assembly line" style training SOTT-I LLC reaches out to many organizations that otherwise would be overlooked as not being cost effective to train. Our thought process is simple:
“Realistic training and advisory assistance for those qualified personnel/organizations who require it.”
In addition, many organizations that receive their initial entry level training from SOTT-I LLC are provided an opportunity, whenever possible, to conduct follow-on sustainment training with our cadre. This provides a further “mentoring process” that is seldom seen at any other training/advisory company. At SOTT-I LLC we pride ourselves on keeping relationships with those we train.
Advisory assistance is also available and can cover a wide spectrum to include assessment of an organizations capabilities, capabilities validation and operational assistance. Also, as a part of an advisory package, SOTT-I LLC can provide assistance with assessment and selection of new organization members as well as all basic entry level training (BELT).
Tuition/training costs are generally per student for the course presented. Advisory assistance costs are organization specific based on the customer’s request. Foreign training costs are available upon request.
