The SOTT-I Training Staff is a professional group which has collectively accumulated over 200 years of combined law enforcement and military special operations experience. This includes an extensive collective background with U.S. Federal-State-Local Law Enforcement, German Federal-District-City Polizei, U.S. Army Special Forces, UK Army Special Forces (SAS) and U.S. Army Special Mission Units.

This experience includes over 200 operational entries with law enforcement and military special operations units in a variety of locations internationally.

SOTT-I also boasts a cutting edge systematic approach to teaching and advising room/area combat (Close Quarters Battle-CQB) and all relevant TTPs.  The SOTT-I system is based on four tiers/levels of proficiency designed to maintain that the very best tactics, techniques and procedures are presented to the customer based upon skill levels and expertise.   Each SOTT-I Adviser/Instructor is a subject matter professional in all aspects of the CQB Tier System.
