SUBMACHINE GUN/CARBINE OPERATORS CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (SMG/C-C)

This course will cover the basics of the tactical submachine gun/carbine with emphasis upon the weapons of choice of the department involved in the training.  Areas covered will range from weapons etiquette, characteristics and general operation through disassembly/assembly, maintenance and proper use of the weapon system in the tactical environment.  Marksmanship with the respective weapons system will also be addressed with the application of aimed, rapid aimed and instinctive shooting techniques in a variety of training range scenarios.  All graduates will receive certification documentation on the weapon systems they trained with during the program.
