TACTICAL OPERATIONS PLANNING/FIGHTERS SEMINAR (TOP / FS-C)
Designed to introduce the tactical leader to the overall planning process as it relates to high risk incident management and crisis intervention. The training will include familiarization with the assault process and the specialty operations order with emphasis in tactical team planning/employment and how it relates to the overall scheme of operations. Grass roots planning will be emphasized as well as extensive training regards holding area procedures and TIC-TOC OPNS.
