Twenty years specialized experience as Law Enforcement Officer and Instructor specializing in Defensive Tactics, CQB, and Sniper Observer Team Operations, serving on more than 100 tactical operations including high risk warrants, barricaded subjects, suicidal subjects and counter narcotic operations

 

  • Two years team leader/NCOIC 94th MP Company SRT (Army SRT Course/Hostage Negotiator Course 1998-1999)

 

  • Sixteen years team member Woonsocket Police Special Reaction Team (1992-2008)

 

  • Nine years team leader Woonsocket Police Department SRT (Assault Element Team Leader 1999-2003-Sniper Observer Team Leader 2003-2008)

  • Developed Basic SWAT Course for Asiage (Secret Police Teams) Northern Iraq Sulaymania Region (2003)
