The program is designed to focus upon the skills required to effectively maintain, operate and utilize the handgun in a concealed carry configuration.  The training will highlight various tactics, techniques and procedures relative to the handgun and will cover SOTT-I LLC TIER I skills with that weapon system.  In addition attendees will learn the laws and regulations governing concealed carry within the state of Missouri and all currently reciprocal states.  The training will include but not be limited to:

• Introduction to the Handgun
• Weapons Etiquette and Handling
• Weapon Characteristics-Maintenance
• Weapon Disassembly and Assembly
• Weapon Maintenance
• Ammunition Types and Ballistics
• Fundamentals of Handgun Marksmanship
• Handgun Marksmanship (HMMS)
• Missouri Concealed Carry Laws and Regulations

The CSP Phase I-II is designed to provide an initial overview of the attendee’s handgun, teach HMMS and provide a base skill set for use and employment in a concealed carry configuration.   Also included is the actual qualification of each attendee regards Missouri CC.  Attendees include residents of the state of Missouri.

The CSP Phase I-II is performance oriented training conducted in a medium risk environment. Testing will involve performance oriented “hands-on” application of the skills learned through numerous live fire exercises, classroom lectures/conferences and graded presentations.

CITIZEN SURVIVAL PROGRAM/PHASE III

The program is conducted as a personal/private presentation during an afternoon and evening period at the respective students residence and is designed to focus upon the skills required to effectively utilize the handgun in a concealed carry configuration during a crisis situation (home vehicle and open air). The training will highlight various tactics, techniques and procedures relative to the handgun in a defensive posture and will cover SOTT-I LLC TIER I-II skills with that weapon system. The training will include but not be limited to:

• Crisis Management Overview
• Situational Awareness/Mindset
• Home Defense Basics
• Home Defense Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP)
• Vehicle Defense Basics
• Vehicle Defense Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP)
• Open Air Defensive Tactics
• Vehicle, Open Air and Home Defense Scenarios (dry and simuntions/airsoft)

The CSP Phase III is designed to provide an initial overview of the attendee’s handgun, review HMMS and provide a base skill set for use and employment in a concealed carry configuration in various crisis situations. The Phase III CSP is designed for concealed carry holders or any other personnel interested in learning the specialized skills required to counter any type of threats to life and limb.

The CSP Phase III is performance oriented training conducted in a low-medium risk environment. Training will involve performance oriented “hands-on” application of the skills learned through numerous dry and simunitions/airsoft fire exercises, classroom lectures/conferences and graded presentations.

CITIZEN SURVIVAL PROGRAM/PHASE IV

This program is designed to focus upon the skills required to effectively utilize the handgun in a concealed carry configuration during a crisis situation (home vehicle and open air). The training will highlight various tactics, techniques and procedures relative to the handgun in a defensive posture and will cover SOTT-I LLC TIER I-II skills with that weapon system.  In addition attendees will conduct dry and live fire training with emphasis upon shooting from a vehicle, in an open air scenario and inside a structure (live fire shoothouse).  The training will include but not be limited to:

• Home Defense Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP)
• Vehicle Defense Basics
• Vehicle Defense Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP)
